Hello, I'm Helen!

I’m a Certified Anxiety Breakthrough Coach, specialising in high-functioning anxiety. I help purpose-driven professionals break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and performance-driven pressure. My goal is to guide you towards courage, confidence, and self-empowerment, so you can lead an authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life. I do this through tailored personal coaching using our proven 8-part Anxiety Breakthrough Coaching formula.

With over 15 years of experience in teaching and school leadership in some of the most challenging areas of Kent and East London—plus nearly a decade in the field of emotional health and wellbeing, driven by my own recovery from high-functioning anxiety—I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour and transformation. I know firsthand the challenges you’re facing—and, more importantly, I know exactly what it takes to move forward.​

My expertise includes Emotional Health Coaching credentials, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy qualifications, as well as a BA (Hons) in English, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). I combine these skills with a values-led, compassion-centred coaching methodology, rooted in Neuroscience and Applied Positive Psychology, to help passionate individuals and progressive organisations achieve meaningful, lasting change.
